Sarfraz 4 fours to Pollard, West Indies, 2nd ODI 2016

Pakistan wins the toss in this 2nd ODI of the series and they will bat first. Azhar Ali will go with the same plan they executed in the first game. Pakistan did not win the toss but had to bat first in the opening match of the series.Pakistan did not get the ideal start but there were a few really good partnerships which eventually put them on 284 runs. Still, these runs are not enough. We have seen that now international teams eye for something well over 300 in order to make their position strong in an ODI.

Pakistan did manage to get West Indies out early but we know that the West Indians are lacking form and discipline. They are not playing good cricket these days. They faced a clean sweep in the T20 series against Pakistan. They have lost the first ODI as well. Waqar Younis believes there are not many chances for the West Indies to even win a single game on this tour. He said that there is no fight seen from the West Indian team. They are not looking like a unit.

Pakistan, on the other hand, is reuniting really well. They have a strong batting line now which needs to perform as per the current ODI standards. They have got the fighting spirit which the West Indians are definitely lacking. Sarfraz Ahmed played a really good innings at the end. He made a really brisk fifty right at the end of the innings. Sarfraz pressed the accelerator in the final overs. He hit 4 fours on four balls against Pollard. Those were some fine shots by the Pakistani wicket keeper.
